Sally Thompson, M.Sc. LCCI P.Eng.

Sally Thompson is a professional engineer who has been working in the condominium industry since 1990. She is a Managing Principal at Synergy Partners Consulting Limited, where she helps condominiums with reserve fund studies and building restoration.

In addition to her professional work, Sally is an active volunteer in the condominium industry. She volunteers with various organizations, including the Canadian Condominium Institute. the Community Association Institute, the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, Tarion, and Professional Engineers Ontario. Sally has also served on various stakeholder panels for CAO and CMRAO and worked as a Policy Advisor to the Ministry responsible for the Condominium Act for six months.

Sally's volunteer activities are focused on two areas: educating condominium directors and managers and advocating for government to improve the Condominium Act, the Ontario Building Code, and the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act to better protect Ontario condominium owners. Her dedication to these causes demonstrates her commitment to the industry and her desire to make a positive impact on the lives of Ontario condominium owners.  Sally is a prolific author and presenter.
