Sophia Rojenko

Synergy Partners

Sophia is a Project Manager at Synergy Partners. In her role, Sophia has participated in preparing dozens of reserve fund studies and helping resolve performance audits. She has experience in understanding Declarations, Shared Facilities agreements, and condominium legislation and regulations. Sophia has a particular interest in helping condominiums get on the path to financial success so they can be effective and vibrant communities.

Sophia is an active volunteer for the Canadian Condominium Institute – Toronto and Area Chapter (CCI-T), where she serves as a member of the Board, as well as various committees within CCI-T including the Marketing Committee, the Social Media Sub-Committee, the Insurance Sub-Committee and the Website and Database Committee.

Outside of work, Sophia's interests include all things fashion and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Peanut.
