Jason Rivait is a Partner at Miller Thomson LLP and Lead of the Condominium Practice Group.

Jason is actively involved in the condominium industry. He regularly teaches condominium law courses for the Canadian Condominium Institute and has previously taught the Condominium Law Course for the Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation at Humber College. Jason was consulted by the Ontario Government pertaining to the amendments to the Condominium Act.
