Lyndsey McNally, OLCM, LCCI

Director, Condominium Finance, CWB Maxium Financial

Lyndsey McNally has worked with condominium corporations in the Greater Toronto Area since 2002 in a variety of roles including administration, physical building management, financial management, organizational management, and policy oversight.  At CWB Maxium Financial, Lyndsey develops and implements customized financing solutions for condominium corporations across Canada.

A multiple award winner, Lyndsey is proud of her selection as Property Manager of the Year by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario in 2017, as well as her participation in the selection of her firm and clients in winning 6 other prestigious awards. 

Lyndsey was elected to the Board of Directors of the Canadian Condominium Institute in 2018 and is currently President in addition to sitting as Director at Large for CCI-National.  She is a member of the Discipline Committee for the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario, and instructor of the financial management course at Humber College required for condominium manager licensing. 

Lyndsey also takes an interest on a municipal level having acted as Chair of the Property Standards and Animal Services Appeals Committee for the Town of Ajax for two terms and is also Chair for the Ajax Municipal Housing Corporation.
