Julia Lurye, B.A.S. (HONS), J.D.

Julia, a dedicated legal professional fluent in Russian, committed to resolving her clients' challenges. With a pragmatic problem-solving approach, she establishes meaningful connections and ensures relatability throughout the process. Julia specializes in various aspects of condominium law, including condominium litigation.

Julia obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the esteemed Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario, where she actively contributed as a Managing Editor of the Journal of Legal Studies, a student-led law review.
In 2014, Julia was called to the Bar, solidifying her legal expertise. Prior to joining our firm, she excelled as an associate lawyer at a specialized boutique firm focused on condominium law.

Julia is a member of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI). She also writes and speaks about condominium law in Ontario.
