Audrey Loeb is a partner at Shibley Righton LLP in Toronto and co-leader of its Condominium Practice Group. She has received numerous awards and honours in recognition for her contributions to the development and understanding of Condominium Law in Ontario and her philanthropic endeavours. Audrey is also the author of two leading text on condominium law.
Audrey is a frequent lecturer for the Law Society of Ontario, Ontario Bar Association and Toronto Real Estate Board. She is also a guest expert on the CBC and City TV on issues relating to condominium law. She has served as Co-chair of the Ontario Bar Association, Real Property Subsection Condominium Committee, and has been a member of the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services Real Property Registration Committee, the Ontario New Home Warranty Program Consumer Advisory Committee, the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Council of Ontario and National Board of Directors of the Canadian Condominium Institute. She has been a member of the Expert Panel created by the Government of Ontario to review and advise on proposed amendments to the Condominium Act, 1998 and the Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015.
