Evan is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP and works with the Condominium Group. Born and raised in Etobicoke, Evan completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo and law degree at Lakehead University. Before joining Shibley Righton LLP, Evan practiced at a boutique condominium and land development law firm in the Region of Waterloo.

Evan works with clients to find effective and practical solutions. Evan's practice primarily involves assisting condominium corporations with shared facilities, Construction: Surviving the Boom!, and land related issues. He has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution forums and civil litigation matters and has experience assisting land developers acquire land, register condominium plans, and complete condominium unit sales.
