Francesco has conducted numerous condominium-based litigation matters before the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Condominium Authority Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Small Claims Court, and the Superior Court of Justice. Francesco frequently advises condominium boards on a variety of issues, including the amendments to the Condominium Act, 1998, condominium by-laws and rules, compliance, collection of common expenses, proxies, meeting procedures, shared facilities, human rights, vendor contracts, and more.
