Marc Bhalla, LL.M., C.Med, C.Arb

Chartered Mediator & Chartered Arbitrator

Marc is a Chartered Mediator and Chartered Arbitrator who addresses conflict related to condominiums. He is appointed to the roster of Ontario's Mandatory Mediation Program, and adjudicates on administrative tribunals at both provincial and municipal levels.

Marc teaches dispute resolution at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University's School of Continuing Studies and ACMO. He has a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution (LL.M.) and is the sole dispute resolution practitioner recognized nationally with a Distinguished Service Award (CCI, 2019).

Marc is Ontario's elected representative to the Board of Directors of the ADR Institute of Canada, currently serving his second term.
