Juliet Atha, MBA, RCM

Best Practices Property Management

Juliet Atha is the President of Best Practices Property Management which serves the condominium community in the GTA. Over the years, Juliet has made her home in multiple condominiums, and served on the board of directors of each corporation as a resident owner. With an MBA from Ivey Business School and her Registered Condominium Manager designation, Juliet has taught condo finance and condo administration at Humber College and several large condominium management companies. Prior to joining the exciting world of condominium management, Juliet owned a company in the field of publishing distribution with offices in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.

As an active member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Advisory Council of the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario, Juliet works to improve the lives of condo managers, condo owners and residents, and condo directors. Her article "Detoxifying the condo manager's workplace" appeared in Condo Business magazine last year.
