Sally Dooman has been managing condominium properties for almost 20 years, with experience gained in the management of high and low rise buildings, townhouse, commercial and common element condominiums, beginning by managing properties in Waterloo Region and Brantford. After receiving the designation of Registered Condominium Manager in 2007, Sally gained experience managing in and around the GTA, including managing a number of new construction sites from Occupancy through the various stages and challenges of the first few years of a condominium corporation’s life. Working with developers and Boards of Directors, Sally has experience managing in a wide variety of condominium environments and situations. In her current role as Director of Condominium Management, Sally also has responsibility for training and supporting other managers and enjoys the opportunity to meet with Boards and unit owners when chairing various Owners’ meetings. As an active member of the CCI Golden Horseshoe Chapter and a member of the chapter's Board of Directors, Sally has been a frequent presenter at CCI conferences and educational sessions, a member of various CCI committees and has written articles for condominium industry publications.
