Marc is a mediator and arbitrator who has the most senior Canadian mediation and arbitration designations. He has served Ontario’s condominium industry for 20 years. Marc earned a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution at Osgoode Hall Law School and now serves as a faculty member of Osgoode’s Professional LL.M. program, where he lectures and instructs on a variety of dispute resolution topics. Marc has been widely published and has spoken from coast-to-coast. He is elected to represent Ontario on the Board of Directors of the ADR Institute of Canada. Marc is also a member of the South Asian Bar Association and the Diversified Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada. He founded ADR Athletics, an initiative focused on supporting the mental health and wellness of dispute resolution professionals; through this, Marc served as Program Chair of two Wellness Workshops presented by the ADR Institute of Ontario and received the support of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Florida Bar Association. He also co-chairs the Med-Arb Section of the ADR Institute of Ontario. A member of the Condominium Authority Tribunal, Marc is presenting in his personal capacity and will not be speaking for the Tribunal or the Condominium Authority of Ontario.
