Tim focuses on advising condominiums on governance, enforcement and other issues, and on condominium-related litigation. Tim has represented condominiums and owners in a variety of courts and tribunals, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court of Ontario and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Tim has contributed to Condo Voice magazine, CM Magazine, and NOW Magazine's "Reasonable Doubt" column. He is a current member of the CCI-T Legislative and Government Relations Committee, and is a past member of the CCI-T By-law Committee. He has also taught portions of the Registered Condominium Manager course to students at Humber College, as well as managers at a number of property management companies.
