Robert has been in condominium management for over 37 years and is currently the President and CEO of Percel Inc. His company currently manages over 140 condominium communities across the GTA, Muskoka, Hunstville, the Kawarthas, Alliston, Parry Sound, Collingwood and in Blue Mountain, Ontario, comprising approximately 10,000 units. Robert is a General Licensee as awarded by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO).
He received his Professional Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute (ACCI) designation in 1993 and his RCM designation from ACMO in 1993. He has been a Moderator and Speaker for the ACMO / CCI-T Conference for over 13 years. Robert is an approved ACMO course instructor and is a frequent instructor for the CCI-T Directors Courses. Robert has served as as Treasurer, Vice President and President during his 10 years on the Board of ACMO from 2009-2019.
