Marc Bhalla is a leading condominium mediator and arbitrator.
He holds the most senior designation available to practicing mediators in Canada, along with both domestic and international arbitration designations.
Marc has spoken across the country about condominiums, conflict management and dispute resolution and actively writes for a variety of publications on these issues.
He serves as the 2nd Vice President of the Toronto & Area Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute.
Marc is currently working toward a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution at Osgoode Hall Law School. He earned an Honour Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto's prestigious Trinity College and an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management from the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law.
Since 2014, Marc has served as editor of the award winning Condovoice magazine. He also manages a number of websites dedicated to various aspects of his Alternative Dispute Resolution practice - www.MarcOnMediation.ca, www.Arbitrate.online and www.Prepare2Mediate.ca.
Marc believes in creative solutions and flexible dispute resolution processes. He offers mediation and arbitration services in person and online through Condo Mediators and Condo Arbitrators.
While Marc is a member of the Condominium Authority Tribunal, he is presenting at The Condo Conference in his private practice capacity and will not be speaking on behalf of the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) or the Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT). Marc may be limited in addressing issues before the CAO or CAT but looks forward to sharing insights surrounding difficult people gained from his private practice experience.
