GREG MARLEY graduated from Queen's University Law School and was called to the Bar in 1998. He articled with Deacon, Spears, Fedson + Montizambert and is a partner of the firm. He practices all aspects of condominium law. His condominium litigation experience includes construction deficiency actions and claims before Tarion, first year deficit claims, compliance matters, wrongful dismissal actions, employment standard disputes and Human Rights Code complaints. He also maintains a general civil litigation practice, including construction lien actions and provides corporate advice to non-condominium clients and practices real estate law.
