The Condominium Management Services Act, 2015 came into force in late 2017 and the industry is now feeling its effects. Condo managers and condo management providers are currently adapting to this new regulatory regime. This session will discuss condo manager licensing and its impact on day-to-day tasks, the role of the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority, the new complaints process, and other issues that condo managers and condo management providers must tackle in this new world.
