This session will cover what preventative measures a condo can take before a loss happens, which includes inspections of the site, regular maintenance, declarations, standard unit by-laws, deductibles, and appraisals. You will get the perspectives of a lawyer, insurance broker and property manager on all of these issues. they will also offer their thoughts on potential changes to insurance for condominiums as a result of the amended Condo Act.
