5B SESSION
LESSONS LEARNED FROM EMERGENCIES

If a devastating event occurs at one of your properties, are you equipped to deal with the fallout? Stories of murder, fire and explosion will be highlighted in this seminar with practical advice on how to anticipate what will be needed and how to best cope with aftermath. If a catastrophe occurs, you may engage with first responders such as fire, ambulance and police, as well as insurance agents, engineers and lawyers. Condominium communities will look to you for guidance; you will be approached by media. This seminar will examine how to best respond to each of these encounters and fulfill your obligation to the corporation as a trusted property manager.
