With over 30 years of experience in the energy management industry Joe's career has spanned such roles as HVAC design engineer, energy engineer, project manager, energy performance contractor, national portfolio energy manager for a major Canadian facility management organization, key account management and business development.
Joe graduated as a mechanical engineer from the University of Waterloo in 1986 and received a MBA with Distinction from the Schulich School of Business in 2004. He is a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Armand heads up the condominium law department of the full service law firm of Shibley Righton LLP, and represents numerous condominium corporations of all types across Ontario.
Armand resides in Toronto, is a Past-President of the Canadian Condominium Institute (Toronto), where he also serves on its Board of Directors and is Chair of the joint ACMO and CCI (Toronto) Legislative Committee, which prepared and submitted an extensive legislative brief to the Ontario government with recommendations for changes to the Condominium Act, 1998 (the "Act").
Armand has been on all the government committees involved in the reform of the Act and was one of 11 people appointed to the government's Expert Panel that conducted the final analysis of the Act. Armand has also been appointed as one of the four founding/first Directors of the newly created Condominium Authority of Ontario.
Armand has written numerous articles for such publications as CCI-T's "Condovoice", ACMO's "CM Magazine" and many other publications. He also lectures at CCI-T's Directors'courses, and has lectured at Humber College. In addition, Armand presents and speaks at various condominium conferences, including the annual ACMO/CCI Conference, PM Expo and SpringFest, and has appeared on television and radio shows to discuss condominium and real estate issues.
Armand is the first lawyer in Ontario to be appointed by the Superior Court as a full Administrator (appointed under the Act), to take over all the duties of the Board of Directors of, and run, troubled corporations. As the CEO and Registrar of the Condominium Authority of Ontario, Robin leads the organization to achieve its strategic vision to be an authoritative source of condo information, to provide tools and resources for resolving issues and condo disputes, and to effectively serve Ontario's growing condominium communities.
From September 2016 to January 2018, Robin provided the strategic leadership to successfully launch the CAO, as well as the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario, the CMRAO, in her capacity as Executive Director and Registrar for both authorities.
Robin has extensive experience in government and has worked in a variety of ministries and agencies. Prior to her tenure at the CAO, she was the Director of Corporate Policy and Tribunal Relations at the Ministry of the Attorney General, where she worked with administrative justice executives across three tribunal clusters to help achieve their modernization goals. She also held senior positions at the Ontario College of Trades, the Education Quality and Accountability Office, Legal Aid Ontario, and the Ontario Heritage Trust. Constable Dearden has over 20 years' experience in policing, including acting as a primary response to police calls. His experience pertains to all manner of criminal activity, including breaking and entering, assault, harassment, theft, trespass to property, and weapons' offences. He has also worked as a school liaison officer where he promoted school safety among primary school students. Constable Dearden was formerly an instructor in use of force (academic and practical) at the Toronto Police College, C.O. Bick, and regularly engaged in active shooter scenarios. Chris assisted the Ontario Government's review of the Condo Act from 2012 to 2014 bysitting on its working groups and expert panel. Throughout that process, Chris advocated meaningful reforms and effective manager regulation, which came true with Bill 106, the Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015.
In addition to publishing the award-winning Ontario Condo Law Blog, Chris writes and lectures on condominium law and civil litigation topics at seminars, conferences and courses for legal professionals, condominium managers, directors and unit owners.

Stacey successfully established Harmony Management, a boutique property management firm specializing in condominium management throughout the GTA. Harmony managed over 70 properties (approx. 6,500 units) and supplied over 35,000 hours of cleaning services per year as at July 2017. Harmony sold to Associa® (the largest community management firm in North America) and merged with their Ontario subsidiary MRCM in July 2017. In Stacey's new role as Client Relations Manager at Maple Ridge Community Management, she transitioned the Harmony staff and Client portfolio to the new MRCM team, while continuing to foster and develop extraordinary relationships with board members, residents, staff and contractors.
Stacey has worked in the condominium, real estate, asset and property management industry for over 14 years. She has established many key relationships, bringing people together in harmony, within the multi-residential, developer, maintenance services and condominium industries. While working for a large property management firm, prior to starting Harmony, she grew the existing managed portfolio from 11,000 units to over 19,000 units in just 10 short months. Stacey also initiated and achieved ACMO 2000 compliance for the condominium division.
Stacey has a Leadership Diploma from Queen's University, is a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) from Humber College and also received her CMCA® Designation from CAMICB®. She sits on a Board of Directors (PCC 475) acting in capacity of Vice President/Secretary and is an active member of ACMO and CCI. Audrey is currently a Regional Director with First Service Residential . She has been in the industry for sixteen years and obtained the RCM Designation in 2006. Audrey has maintained the roles in Senior Management within the industry for the past fourteen years and held the position of Regional Vice President for twelve years. She has also served on the Board of Directors for ACMO (Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario) since 2008 and moved on to an executive role on the board as Secretary and as Vice President in 2014. Audrey was elected and appointed as the President of ACMO in April, 2018.
During her career she has implemented many policies and training methods to enhance the deliverance of customer service from staff and in the best interest of the client. Audrey brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion and a solid understanding of clients needs and expectations with the objective to come to a collective agreement and resolution for all parties involved.
Audrey has emceed many events and chaired various meetings throughout her career within the property management industry including motivational speaking in house in a previous career prior to property management.

Technical Standards & Safety Authority
Dean McLellan is the Incident Management Specialist with the Elevating and Amusement Devices Safety Program as well as Chief Inspector of Technical Standards and Safety Authority. Dean has 27 years of experience in the ski lift, elevator and amusement ride industries. In 1991, Dean graduated from Confederation College in Thunder Bay, Ontario with a diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Control. Prior to his employment with Technical Standards and Safety Authority, Dean was employed in 1991 by the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations as an elevator inspector, with responsibility for inspection and enforcement under the Elevating and Amusement Device Acts. Dean was also part of the team that helped bring inspectors from the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial relations to Technical Standards and Safety Authority. As chairman of the inspector's working committee he helped facilitate a smooth transition within the two organizations.
Dean is proud to be associated with the National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities (NAESA) under which every elevator inspector in Canada is certified. Dean is that past President and still a Board member for the National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities and is currently on the Board of Directors as well as Chair of the Board of Certification of NAESA International.
Dean is a member of the National Association of Amusement Ride Safety Officials (NAARSO). As a Certified Amusement Ride Safety Official, Dean holds a Level 2 certification with supervisor and instructor endorsements. As an instructor for NAARSO, Dean has also endorsed related curriculum. He is a member of the Ontario Association of Engineering Technicians and Technologists. He is an Elevating Device Mechanic, Class F (EDM-F) and a Ski Lift Mechanic, Class F. Dean is also an instructor for Technical Standards and Safety's Emergency Response Procedures for Elevating Devices (Firefighters) training program and is an internal Technical Standards and Safety trainer on codes, standards and legislation.
Dean is an active member of several industry related associations and committees, including the Elevating Device Advisory Council, Ski Lift Advisory Council the Association of Provincial Chief Elevator Inspectors, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the Canadian Standards Association (CSA). He is active in several codes and standards including A17.1 Standards Committee, A17.2, Chairman of the QEI-1, as well as chairman of the Regulatory Authority Committee (RAC) which involves all AHJ's across North America.

Josh is an associate at Lash Condo Law. As the former president of his condo in Toronto, Josh offers a unique perspective when advising condo corporations. Josh's experience spans all things condo, including enforcement issues, shared facilities disputes, drafting or interpreting rules, by-laws and declarations, common expense arrears, and owners' meetings. Vic is the Chair of the Membership Committee for CCI Toronto. Sandy Vizely is the Deputy Registrar for the CMRAO and oversees the organization's day-to-day operations, which includes managing the licensing and compliance team. Debbie has been in the property management business for over 30 years. She just got re-elected to the Board of ACMO where she is on the Executive Committee in the position of Secretary. Debbie also chairs the Regional Committee responsible for education conferences throughout Ontario.
While most of her career as a Property Manager, Regional Vice President, General Manager, Regional Director and New Business Development was in Ottawa, she also worked in Calgary, Edmonton and most recently during the past year in Toronto. Debbie has now returned home to Ottawa. This has provided a rather interesting opportunity to Debbie to see how other cities deal with Condominium Management.
On going education is very important to Debbie so she became a teacher for Mohawk College where she has been teaching the ACMO Condominium Law course to students across Ontario.
It is important to Debbie to give back to the industry as such as has written some articles for the CM Magazine. She has been a speaker previously at the ACMO CCI Toronto Conference, The Ottawa Home Show and various ACMO CCI Regional Conferences in Ottawa, London, Burlington and Kingston.

Antonia Zerbisias, B.A., M.B.A., has served on the Board of her condo for more than five years, the last two as President. During this time, Helliwell Place, one of Toronto's oldest condo highrises, has undergone a complete balcony rebuild, a Party Room reno, change room overhauls, and, coming in 2019, a major gym expansion. Because the building is 45 years old, virtually every improvement, either to common areas or individual suites, has posed a structural challenge. Antonia's background is in journalism, both as a columnist at the Toronto Star and on-air at CBC-TV.
