Stephen had previously been asked to be the chairman of a task force on behalf of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario that had been re-writing the book of guidelines regarding the accounting and auditing of financial statements for condominium corporations. Armand is a Past-President, Director of the CCI-T and is Chair of the joint ACMO and CCI-T Government Relations Committee and the Legislative Committee, which prepared and submitted an extensive legislative brief to the Ontario government with recommendations for changes to the Condominium Act, 1998. Armand is also Chair of CCI-National's Government Relations Committee and authored its publication comparing condominium legislation across Canada.
Armand has been on all the government committees involved in the reform of the Act and was one of 11 people appointed to the government's Expert Panel that conducted the final analysis of the Act. Craig has obtained his RCM designation from ACMO as well as his ACCI designation from CCI. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and holds his Certified Associate in Project Management designation.

Josh is an associate at Lash Condo Law. As the former president of his condo in Toronto, Josh offers a unique perspective when advising condo corporations. Josh's experience spans all things condo, including enforcement issues, shared facilities disputes, drafting or interpreting rules, by-laws and declarations, common expense arrears, and owners' meetings. He also represents condo corporations in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
Josh's passion for condos started after being appointed to his former Board on a vacancy. Little did he know, this would be the impetus to his future career.

DEL Property Management
Catherine started in Property Management over 38 years ago, beginning with Co-operatives. Catherine served as the President of the Co-operative Housing Federation of Toronto from 1982 through 1984. Over the past 27 years she has been involved with managing Condominiums, exclusively.
Catherine first started with DEL Property Management Inc. in 1990, was promoted to District Manager in 2002 and has focused on professional development, staff training and co-ordinates the in-house RCM program and is also the ACMO 2000 Team Leader at DEL.
Catherine received the coveted Registered Condominium Manager designation in 2005 and was certified as an in-house RCM instructor in 2006.
Catherine was elected to the ACMO Board of Directors in 2013 and served as their Treasurer until May of 2015, when she was elected as President.

Ernie Nyitrai is the current President of the Board of Directors for "Walden Pond II", YRCC 636, in Unionville. He also serves as the owner representative Board member on the Condominium Management Standards Council (CMSC).
After many years of attending CCI Toronto courses and events, Ernie became actively involved in attending CCI Legislative Committee meetings in 2012 and was a speaker at the 2012 CCI-T/ACMO Conference. In December of 2012 Ernie joined the CCI Toronto Board of Directors where he serves as Chair of the Special Project Committee.
Ernie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Toronto. He spent all of his 33 years in the work world within public service. The first 20 years were spent with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs in the Government of Ontario. The last 13 years, he was Executive Director of a political lobby group representing the elected officials within the Catholic School Boards of Ontario. He retired in 1998.

Vic is the Manager of Business Development in Ontario for Suncorp Valuations Ltd., one of Canada's largest appraisal firms. In his role, Vic is engaged in the marketing of all of the firm's appraisal services, with a special focus on insurance appraisals services for condominium corporations. More specifically, Vic is striving to increase awareness of the obligations that property managers and corporations have relative to arranging insurance appraisals of their condominium property.

Debbie has been in the property management business for over 30 years. She just got re-elected to the Board of ACMO where she is on the Executive Committee in the position of Secretary. Debbie also chairs the Regional Committee responsible for education conferences throughout Ontario.
While most of her career as a Property Manager, Regional Vice President, General Manager, Regional Director and New Business Development was in Ottawa, she also worked in Calgary, Edmonton and most recently during the past year in Toronto. Debbie has now returned home to Ottawa. This has provided a rather interesting opportunity to Debbie to see how other cities deal with Condominium Management.
On going education is very important to Debbie so she became a teacher for Mohawk College for 9 years of the ACMO Condominium Law course. Debbie also has served on the Board of Directors for the Ottawa Chapter of CCI, including in the position of President.
