EXHIBITOR RULES/REGULATIONS/INFORMATION
This year's trade show will be a two-day format.

EXHIBIT HOURS:
Friday, November 10th - 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday, November 11th -
7:30 am – 12:45 pm

The Toronto Congress Centre - North Building

EXHIBIT BOOTH
Each booth will be equipped with pipe and drape. Back wall curtain is 8' high and side-rail curtains are 3' high (curtains are flameproof drapes). Single booth size: 10' deep by 10' wide. Your booth will be carpeted, and each booth will receive (1) 6' table and (2) chairs and a Delegate Badge Scanner* (reservation required).

NOTE:Electricity, furnishings, internet, etc. must be ordered separately. These items are not included in your booth cost. Please note that some booths beside the front-facing doubles have an 8' high side wall, rather than a 3' high side wall.

BOOTH SIZE AND POSITION COST PER BOOTH
Single Booth, 10 feet x 10 feet $1,900.00 + HST ($247.00) = $2,147.00
Single Booth, 10 feet x 10 feet [Non-Member fee/one show only] $2,200.00 + HST ($286.00) = $2,486.00
Forward Facing Double Booths 20' wide x 10' deep $4,000.00 + HST ($520.00) = $4,520.00
